Artwork & Intellectual Property
Artoveya is a platform for artists to showcase their work, connect with others, and explore creative opportunities. The art you see here belongs to the people who made it.
The artist keeps the art
Artwork displayed on Artoveya remains the intellectual property of its respective copyright owner. Uploading a piece does not transfer its ownership to Artoveya, and displaying it here does not grant visitors permission to download, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit that artwork.
No scraping or bulk collection
Unless expressly authorized by the rights holder, artwork may not be collected through automated scraping, bulk downloading, data harvesting, or similar means. That includes crawlers, scripts and browser extensions that save pages or pictures wholesale.
Businesses that connect to Artoveya through its API act under their own agreement and their own key. That access covers their own briefs and the work delivered to them, never a copy of the gallery.
No AI training
Artoveya does not, and will not, use artwork for artificial intelligence training, dataset creation, machine learning, or automated content generation - with or without permission. What an artist does with their own work is up to them.
What artists grant Artoveya
Artists grant Artoveya only the permissions necessary to host, display, process, and promote their work in accordance with these terms and their selected privacy and visibility settings. In practice that means:
- Host and store the files an artist uploads.
- Process them: strip hidden metadata (location, camera, editing history) and make resized display copies and thumbnails.
- Display them where the artist chooses: published pieces on their showcase and in the gallery; drafts and hidden pieces to nobody but them.
- Promote published work on Artoveya itself, such as featured artists and the leaderboard, credited to the artist beside it. The artist's @handle appears on the picture itself only if they choose to sign their work.
Artoveya does not sell artwork, license it to anyone else, or use it to train AI. When an artist unpublishes a piece, Artoveya stops showing it. When they delete it, Artoveya deletes it too: the file and every copy made from it.
Work made for a brief
Work an artist delivers to a business is governed by the terms the two of them agreed. Showing that work on Artoveya, including a finished brief's public gallery, changes nothing about who owns it.
Everyone's part
Artoveya respects the creative rights of artists and expects visitors, members, and participating businesses to do the same.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe artwork on Artoveya infringes your rights, or you have found artwork from Artoveya used without permission, email support@artoveya.com with the subject Copyright concern. Please include:
- the work, and where it appears (a link to the page or picture);

An Artoveya staff member (a real live human one) reads every report, and artwork found to infringe someone's rights is taken down. Offenders are subject to system bans.
